This Client Service Agreement is entered into between Compass Casework LLC and the undersigned client. Compass Casework provides procedural court guidance, educational resources, and case organization assistance for self-represented individuals in Maricopa County, Arizona. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and we do not represent clients in court proceedings. Clients remain 'self-represented' and are solely responsible for all filings, deadlines, and the accuracy of information provided to the court. Communications with Compass Casework are confidential but not privileged under attorney-client privilege. All fees paid are non-refundable as they represent the reservation of consultant time. By signing below, the client acknowledges they have read and understood the scope and limitations of services provided. SERVICE SCOPE: Roadmap creation, form navigation, exhibit labeling, and resource coordination. NOT INCLUDED: Legal strategy determination, preparation of legal arguments, representation at hearings, or guarantees of outcomes.
