Virtual Compass Session™

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to forfeiture of the session fee.
 

Missed Appointments

Clients who do not attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice are considered a no-show.

No-show appointments are non-refundable.
 

Compass Packages™

Because Compass Packages™ involve personalized procedural guidance and individualized work, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Once substantial work has begun, refunds may not be available.
 

Session Credit

The $125 Virtual Compass Session™ fee will be credited toward any Compass Package™ purchased within 30 days of the session.

Credits expire after 30 days and have no cash value.
